Out Of Town Patients

Dr. Wardle welcomes out of town and out of state patients. He has well established guidelines for patients to follow when scheduling surgery from outside of our immediate area. In order to determine whether he or she is a candidate for cosmetic surgery, Dr. Wardle and his staff will explain how to take and attach appropriate photographs, Dr. Wardle will examine your past and current health history and the office will assist in helping you make convenient arrangements for your stay here both before, during and after your procedure. Our patient health history forms are located under the heading “First Time Patients”. You can easily print and complete these forms, and mail them to our office or bring them in at the time of your first consultation. We have also included links to several hotels that are in the immediate area of our office and surgery center. In addition, there are many other places to stay in Newport Beach and the lovely adjacent areas, and we will be happy to advise you on other suggestions as well.
