Following his Plastic Surgery training, Dr. Wardle pursued his interest in the subspecialty of Aesthetic/Cosmetic Surgery completing a Post-Graduate Fellowship with an internationally renowned Aesthetic Facial Plastic Surgeon. Fellows of this elite training program are highly respected worldwide for their training in appreciation of the artistic, "natural" facial rejuvenation results (facelifts,  browlifts, necklifts). An extraordinary attention to detail is an integral part of their training and sets these Fellows apart from other Facial Plastic Surgeons who have not had the benefit of subspecialty training.

Dr. Wardle is Board-Certified in Plastic Surgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (F.R.C.S.(C)), the only other National Board (along with the American Board of Plastic Surgery) recognized by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons to certify Plastic Surgeons in North America.

As a Member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), Dr. Wardle is among a select group of board-certified plastic surgeons who have attained the highest level of achievement in cosmetic surgical training, continuing education and clinical experience. Membership in The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) is by invitation only and is reserved for those plastic surgeons able to meet the highest educational, professional and ethical standards.

Dr. Wardle is a published author and continues to serve as guest moderator on Facial Rejuvenation panels in the United States and Internationally. He is a strong advocate for Continuing Medical Education and travels throughout the year to attend lectures and conferences related to Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
